What we collect

When you book an appointment, we ask for your name, email, phone number, the date and time you want, and optionally the purpose of the appointment. Your browser also automatically sends basic technical data (IP address, browser type).

We also count visits to the site to learn how it is used: which pages are read, where visits come from, the approximate city of the connection, and taps on buttons like Book Now. This uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and we do not keep your IP address or browser details: only an anonymous code that changes every day. Visit records are deleted after 90 days.

What we use it for

To create your booking, to email you confirmation, reminders, or cancellation notices, and to keep the site running.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with third parties except the providers we need to run the site (hosting, database, and email delivery).

Removing your data
